Driving Lessons with Hand Controls, Steering Ball & Adapted Pedals
My car is fitted with various adaptations that allow it to be driven by a person with different physical capabilities.
Push/Pull Hand Controls with Indicator Pin Switch
If you are unable to use the pedals to control brake and accelerator then using a push/pull (pull for accelerator, push for brake) with an integral switch to operate the indicators. This is necessary as you would need to steer using a steering aid or ball and it is then difficult to operate the indicator stalk so the switch replaces this need.

Steering Ball
Can be used on its own to help it you have a weak hand that would make it difficult to steer with two hands. Can also be used in conjunction with the Push/Pull hand controls to aid with steering as the other hand is controlling the car speed and can't be used to steer.

Steering Aid with Additional Controls
Can be used on its own if either left or right hand is not strong enough to steer but is also not able to operate the ancillary controls (wipers, horn. lights etc.) or in combination with the push/pull accelerator and brake controls.

Left Foot Flip Accelerator
Left foot accelerator can be used if the right leg is weak or missing. Is one of the most difficult to get used to if you have driven previously a manual car as muscle memory needs to be re-trained.

Can be fitted if feet could get trapped below pedals and dangerously restrict operation.

Panoramic Centre Mirror
Fitted over the centre mirror this can be used to not only see what is behind but to see in the left blind spot. Useful if you have neck mobility issues.

Can be used in conjunction with Panoramic Mirror, used to see in Right Blind Spot in this example, again used if there are neck mobility issues.
